Enjoy free shipping on all orders in the U.S. and Singapore!

We also offer free express shipping on eligible orders to Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, Malaysia, New Zealand, and the UK. If your order does not meet the free-shipping threshold, shipping rates apply.

You can expect to receive non-prescription orders within 5 business days, and you can view country-specific delivery estimates at checkout.

Please allow 14–21 business days of processing time for prescription lenses. They are custom-made according to your prescription and therefore require additional time.

Free 30-Day Returns

If you’re unhappy with your order, you can exchange or return it for a full refund within 30 days of receiving it.

If you are based in the U.S. or Singapore, we cover the cost of return shipping. If you are based elsewhere, you are responsible for return shipping costs, though we can provide a return label for convenience.

To qualify for a return, items must be in their original, unused, resale-ready condition, with all accessories included.

Please note that the cost of prescription lenses is non-refundable, as they are made to order.
