U.S. orders ship from our optical lab in Idaho via USPS Ground Advantage and arrive in 2 to 5 business days.

International (non-U.S.) orders ship from our Singapore HQ via FedEx or DHL Express and also arrive in 2 to 5 business days.

Easy 30-Day Returns

If you’re unhappy with your order for any reason, you can exchange or return it within 30 days of receiving it.

Please email help@bestiaeyewear.com, and we’ll follow up with exchange/return next steps.

We do not cover the cost of return shipping, but we can provide you with a prepaid return label upon request!
